How are your orders delivered?
Dear customers,
we have updated the list of carriers serving our store.
After changing the price list of Poczta Polska in April this year, we suspended cooperation with Poczta Polska for domestic shipments. Priority registred shipments are available again, but only for orders weighing up to 1 kg and not exceeding, after packing, dimensions 230x325x20 mm (postal size M). Orders that exceed the given parameters can be sent using the Kurier48 service. This is a Polish Post service, parcels are delivered by a postman. Additionally, by choosing this service, the option of payment on delivery is available, which we have not offered so far for shipments carried out by Poczta Polska.
The offers of other carriers - DPD courier and InPost parcel lockers (paczkomat) remain unchanged. As yet, these carriers handle prepaid and paid on delivery parcels.
