The fabric appearing under the name alcantara or super suede is a synthetic imitation of suede - a material often used in the clothing, footwear and upholstery industries.
It is also an excellent material to finishing the bottom of the soutache & beading embroidery jewelry, it can also be a perfect undercoat for embroidery.
Alcantara is made of microfibers of polyester and polyurethane 20 times finer than human hair. It is soft and durable. "Shades" under the influence of touch, it is plastic, it perfectly imitates natural suede.
The alcantara offered by us is already covered with Teflon impregnant, which protects it against moisture and dirt. For cleaning just use a damp cloth.
